Who handles the money and is it secure?
Payments are run though a secure, PCI-compliant processor. We never store card numbers.
Who pays the card fee?
Clients can cover it. You choose whether to add the processing fee at checkout or absorb it yourself, so it never has to come out of your pocket.
Do my clients need an account?
No. They open your link, choose a package, pick how they'd like to pay, sign, and pay. There's nothing to create or remember.
What if a client stops paying?
Reminders go out automatically, and failed payments are retried. You're notified right away if one doesn't go through. Every plan is scheduled to finish before the shoot, so you're never left delivering without being paid in full.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There's no contract, and you can cancel whenever you like.
